As our kayaking group gathers and we prepare to begin the adventure we leave with you with a Loreto sunrise.
Have a wonderful week friends. We plan to return with many stories of our time off the grid. Adios amigos.
Have a fab time guys!
We did indeed Vanessa. 🙂
Hope you have an amazing time!
We took a kayak camping trip out of Loretto last March. Had a great time and found the town easy to navigate. Hope you had as much fun.
We really enjoyed our time in Loreto too. Very quiet when we were there. Easy to walk around and friendly people. A great starting off point for our adventure.
Beautiful! What a nice start to your adventure. Enjoy!

Awwwwe. Magnificent. Have a wonderful time. May you not blister. 😀 😀 😀
Look forward to your stories.
Tess I dressed as though I was in the middle of Canadian winter to protect myself from the sun. Happy to report not a single bit of burn thanks to that and a jug of 60 SPF sunscreen. It was an incredible adventure.
Have a great time!
Thanks for the good wishes Alison. The adventure was incredible.
Where’s the map?
Haha there can’t always be a map Badfish. Check the previous post for a non Dave map version of the trip. 🙂
Sue, you usually have ALL the right answers…but here…no, you’re wrong. There CAN always be a map!
Haha well all right just tougher to make them on the road. 🙂
tell me about it…I tried posting from the road…it’s tough without a map!
Haha yes it’s just not the same without a map.
Great sunrise scene there, Sue. Enjoy and convey the thrills later. Ciao…

Thanks so much Indah. It was incredible and certainly your under water photography skills would have been most helpful. What kind of camera a do you use when you dive?
Looks good enough to eat! 🙂 Know you’ll have a fantastic time.
Jo thank you and we had the most amazing adventure. It was restful to be completely unplugged and am gradually getting back in the swing of things. hoping you are doing well my friend. I have thought of you often while away.

You are off my reader list again!
Andrew thanks for letting me know. It seems to be a hit and miss issue. This morning’s post showed up immediately while others seems to take a day or so or not at all.
Lovely sunrise from Loreto. Enjoy your time, Sue and Dave. When you get back, take a moment to rest and recharge before throwing all of us a big “We are home!” party here in the blog world 😀
Mabel I saw this comment when we came back on the grid in Mexico and took your advice. Yesterday on our first day back home I did laundry, got the groceries and took a moment to take a breath. Thanks for the great advice.
I look forward to reading all about your adventures.
Thanks Bun. We are now back on the grid and adjusting back to technology and a bed rather than a sleeping bag and tent. 🙂
Nice to have you back, Sue.
Awww thanks Bun. I will say I am glad to be sleeping with out sand in the sheets. 🙂
It’s lovely to have you back 🙂
Thank you Paula. Hugs to you and hoping the season is not too busy for you.
